HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timeframes are customized to complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, whereas detailed designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize speeding up sample delivery, acknowledging its vital importance in your decision-making for potential new offerings.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for intricate items like innovative print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to offset the extra dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are carried out in US$. Our typical terms involve a 30% advance payment with the order, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on product volume, design, and fabric. Generally, for standard fabric types, a 20-day period is needed for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is suggested. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces require lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If garments fail to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
