Sample creation timelines fluctuate with design complexity. Standard items usually require 7 days, whereas intricate designs, like new prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we emphasize swift sample delivery, recognizing its pivotal role in your strategic decision-making for upcoming product launches.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are provided at no cost. However, for complex designs, such as new print patterns or specially dyed fabrics, a small fee is necessary to cover dyeing and print development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms involve a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger transactions, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on order volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles take about 20 days to prepare. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we recommend a 40-day schedule. For larger orders, anticipate lead times ranging from 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Certainly, our dedication to quality is steadfast. If garments do not meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements without additional cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
