HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The time frame for sample creation varies by complexity; standard items may take about 7 days, while intricate projects, like new print designs, might extend to 21 days. At GB, we pride ourselves on swift sample delivery, acknowledging its crucial role in your product decision-making process.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Samples are generally complimentary. However, for complex products involving unique print or dye processes, where additional costs are incurred, a nominal fee will be applied.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production times fluctuate based on volume and design specifications. Typically, for standard styles, we allocate around 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect a 40-day timeline; for larger orders, anticipate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any items not meet your quality standards, we will refund the cost for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost. There's no need to return the unsatisfactory items.
