At GB, we prioritize prompt sample delivery, understanding its critical role in guiding your product development choices.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate items, including new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. The standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the remainder due before loading or upon presentation of the B/L. For significant orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary with order size, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, anticipate 40 days; for orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, expect 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any garment fail to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we provide replacements at no extra cost, with no need to return defective items.
