HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The sample preparation timeline varies by complexity. Standard products typically require 7 days, whereas intricate projects, like new print designs, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we pride ourselves on quick sample turnaround, understanding its vital role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
In most cases, we offer samples complimentary. However, for intricate designs or specially dyed fabrics, where additional costs are involved in dyeing and print development, a nominal fee is applied.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our payments are handled in US$. Standard terms include a 30% upfront payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L). For significant orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent upon order specifics such as volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard styles using readily available fabrics, we allocate 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we recommend a 40-day timeline, extending to 50-60 days for quantities exceeding 10,000 pieces.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely! We stand behind our products. If any items fail your quality control upon receipt, we offer a full refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, over 100 items, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost. There is no need to return the defective items to us.
