Sample preparation times depend on complexity. Standard items require approximately 7 days, while intricate projects like new print designs may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize rapid sample turnaround to facilitate your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, where additional dyeing and print development costs are involved, a nominal fee is applicable.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are made in US dollars. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on volume, design, and fabric. For regular styles using standard materials, we require about 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically have a 40-day lead time, while larger orders may require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any items fail your quality control after delivery, we offer a full refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost, with no need to return the defective items.
