HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines vary based on complexity. Standard items typically take 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we are committed to rapid sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in your product development strategy.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon B/L presentation. For more substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Lead times are contingent upon volume, design, and fabric selection. Standard fabric styles necessitate about 20 days for preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, anticipate 40 days; for quantities exceeding 10,000, expect 50-60 days.

Absolutely, we stand by our products. If any garment fails to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, over 100 pieces, we will replace them at no additional cost, and returning defective items is unnecessary.
