HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are customized based on complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expedited sample delivery, acknowledging its critical role in your decision-making for future products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples complimentary. However, for intricate items like newly developed print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is assessed to cover the additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard terms involve a 30% advance payment upon order, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent upon product volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is necessary for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advisable. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we are committed to upholding the highest quality standards for our products. If any garments fail to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
