DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We often provide samples free of charge. However, for intricate items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. For significant orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on volume, design, and fabric type. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, anticipate 40 days; for over 10,000 pieces, expect 50-60 days.
