While we generally provide samples free of charge, complex items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics may incur a minimal fee to cover additional development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms: a 30% advance payment with order placement, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
