The duration for sample preparation varies by complexity. Standard samples can be ready in about 7 days, while more intricate projects, like new print designs, may take up to 21 days. DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for intricate products such as new prints or dyed fabrics, where additional costs are incurred, a nominal fee is applicable.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon ordering, with the balance due prior to loading or against a Bill of Lading copy. For substantial orders, we also accept Letters of Credit at sight.

Lead times vary with order specifics. Generally, for standard designs using available fabrics, we allocate about 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while larger orders may extend to 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our products. If any items fail your quality standards upon receipt, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. Should more than 100 items not meet expectations, we will manufacture replacements at no extra cost, eliminating the need to return the faulty items.
