We are delighted to offer most samples at no cost. However, for complex designs such as custom prints or dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard payment terms include a 30% deposit, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of the B/L. For large orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on order size, design complexity, and fabric choice. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically take 40 days; for orders over 10,000, expect 50-60 days.

Absolutely, we guarantee the quality of our products. If any garment falls short of our standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For issues exceeding 100 pieces, we provide replacements at no cost, with no need to return the defective items.
