DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items like new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms involve a 30% advance deposit, with the remaining balance payable before loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger transactions, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on order volume, design, and fabric complexity. Standard fabric styles require around 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeframe is recommended. Larger orders may require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely. Our dedication to quality is steadfast. If garments do not meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, replacements will be produced at no extra cost. Returning defective items is unnecessary.
