DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
In most cases, samples are provided at no cost. However, for complex items such as custom print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a modest fee is necessary to cover the additional development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit, with the balance due prior to shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are subject to product specifics. Typically, for standard styles using conventional fabrics, preparation of fabric and accessories takes 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, anticipate approximately 40 days; for larger orders over 10,000 pieces, a timeline of 50-60 days is recommended.
