HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Our sample creation timelines are customized based on complexity. Standard items are typically completed in 7 days, whereas intricate designs, such as new prints, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its crucial impact on your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, we offer samples at no cost. However, for complex creations like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is necessary to cover the additional expenses associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All financial transactions are carried out in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon placing the order, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For significant orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) payable at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Our production lead times vary based on product volume, design intricacy, and fabric type. Generally, a 20-day period is necessary for fabric and accessory preparation for standard fabric styles. For orders below 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advisable. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces typically require a lead time of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we uphold a commitment to the quality of our products. Should garments fail to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
