WHAT IS THE USUAL TIMEFRAME FOR SAMPLES?
The timeframe for samples varies. Typically, standard products require about 7 days, while intricate projects like new print designs may extend up to 21 days. At GB, we take pride in our swift sample turnaround, recognizing its crucial role in your decision-making for new products.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are provided free of charge. However, for complex items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, where additional costs are incurred for development, a nominal fee is applicable.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipping or against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accommodate Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION TIMELINES?
Production timelines depend on the order's volume, design, and fabric. Generally, for standard styles with readily available materials, we need approximately 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we suggest a 40-day lead time; for orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, we recommend 50-60 days.
DO YOU OFFER A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If any items fail your quality standards upon receipt, we will reimburse you for up to 100 pieces. Should more than 100 pieces not meet your expectations, we will produce replacements at no extra cost, with no need to return the unsatisfactory items.
