DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is necessary to cover the costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon B/L presentation. For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are contingent upon volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles necessitate about 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, plan for 40 days; for those exceeding 10,000, anticipate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Certainly, we stand by the quality of our products. If a garment fails to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For more significant issues, exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace them at no additional charge, with no need to return defective items.
