Typically, we provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover the costs associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% upfront payment, with the remainder due before loading or upon B/L presentation. For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, anticipate 40 days; for over 10,000 pieces, expect 50-60 days.
