SAMPLE COST POLICY
While the majority of our samples are complimentary, more complex items—such as custom prints or uniquely dyed fabrics—may incur a small fee to mitigate additional development costs.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For larger orders, we accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
STANDARD PRODUCTION TIMELINES
Our production timelines are tailored to the specifics of your order: for standard styles with available fabrics, material preparation takes 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically take 40 days, while larger volumes may require 50-60 days.
