A: Yes, we can do ODM, OEM and customize your design according to your artwork or sample.
2. How long time can I expect to get the samples?
A: The samples will ready in 3-5days for styles with stock, 7-15days for customized styles.
3.What is the sample fee?
A: It is the double value of the styles with stock, if need to open mold, the sample fee will be the mold fee and the sampling cost. Sample fee can be returned if you place order.
4. What is the lead time for mass production?
A: For styles with inventory, we can ship in 5-7 days once get full payment;
For customized styles, it depends on the quantity, normally need 20-40 days after all details confirmed.
5. What's your MOQ?
A: For styles with inventory, MOQ can be 50pcs, for styles need to customized, MOQ is different for different styles, for most styles, MOQ is 500-1000pcs.
6. What is the payment term?
A: Payment term can be Paypal, T/T etc.
7. How do you control the quality?
A: Before production, we will check all the details with clients, only we will arrange the production after clients accept the quality. We have our quality control system, our principle is to ship cargo only with good quality, we always stand on the customers or consumers' sides to consider all the quality issue, we focus on each item one by one, we inspect the quality one by one before shipment.
8. What about the shipping methods?
A: For urgent order with small quantity, we can ship by express shipping company like Fedex, DHL, TNT, UPS etc, we will choose the best economy and fast one before shipment as you like, for big quantity order, we suggest to ship by sea or air.
