2. If you provide us with your tech pack, design files, images, or original samples, we can provide OEM and ODM service.
3. Discuss product details
5. We will produce samples according to your requirements
6. Samples are sent for your confirmation
7. Sign the contract after sample confirmation and pay a deposit
8. Pre-production samples are made
9. Bulk production starts after confirming pre-production samples

10. Packaging and transportation are arranged after production completion.

Q5: What are your delivery terms?
We offer delivery by express (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS), air, or sea freight.

Q6: What is your delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the order quantity and your customization needs. For samples, it takes about 5-7 days. Small batch orders take approximately 10-15 days, while large-scale orders require around 30-35 days for mass production.
