Reflective Jacket is an EN ISO20471 class 3 compliant safety jacket which provides warmth, comfort and high visibility among the Intensive crowd for security duty. Reflective Jacket is designed with durable 300D Oxford shell fabric and 3M padding with 100% nylon 210T liner. This Reflective Jacket has 2" high 3M reflective tape on the front, back and arms.Colors neon yellow, black and silver reflective tape make this Reflective Jacket be a highly popular choice for safety.

All the seams are taped with heat sealing technology to prevent the rain and wind going inside of the jacket.The front is with 2 way plastic zipper and the snap storm flap, this construction will stand you in good stead if a harsh wind pinion you between cold and colder.

3. Raw Fabric Inspection & Preparation

The qualified fabrics and auxiliary materials are strictly controlled before production through our inspection staff by professional fabric inspection machine.  The automatic fabric spreading machine and cutting machine is the standard configuration in our factory to realize the fabric cutting with effectively and efficiently.

4. Workwear Production

BOWINS Garment factories are equipped with multi-functional automatic template machines to improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, save product cost and shorten delivery time in the workwear sewing processes at the same time. 5. Seam Taped Manufacturing Process

Seam taped manufacturing process is very important to make security waterproof even through machine washing many times. We apply the HH brand hot air seam sealing machines made in HongKong for seam taped manufacturing process to ensure functional garment in 100% waterproof condition, so the holes from the stitching can be covered to keep out of the water immersion through the seams. Our QC technicians are responsible for hydraulic pressure testing and data collection to ensured whole 100% waterproof and achieve the customer's standard for water pressure. Automatic pattern sewing machines are also applied for label or logo sewing, vecro and patching sewing, etc.

6. Automatic Production Line

Functional is often made with many pieces of different fabrics to realize different functions such as waterproof, high visibility, protection and safety, silence, multi functional pockets, etc. So the automatic production line is specially engineered to make the complex garment production processed into many subsided processes by our professional engineers. The automatic production line changes the traditional production mode, it can transfer semi-finished clothes of each process to the next process according to the defined cycle time.
