1. Material of the aluminum foil heat resistant fire protective suit:
Fire resistant materials, fireproof and high temperature resistant layer, heat insulation layer.
Steam-proof layer, waterproof layer, comfortable layer and others, total 7 layers.
2. Main components:
Jacket, pants, golden face shield, mitten, fire resistant boots
3. Technical characteristics:
3.1. Advance fireproof and heat insulation and high temperature protecive.
Wearers can enter the fire place and approach the fire at once.
3.2. It can be worn in the 1000oC in short time.
3.3. Fire resistance performance:
damaged length: not more than 2cm
Continued burning time: less than 1S
Time combustion of nom-fires: less than 2 seconds
No drop phenomenon
3.4. Tearing strength:
warp and welt: more than 32N
3.5. Radiant heat resistant:
Surface temperature increment less than 25oC, 2 min under radiant heat: 13.6Kw/m2
3.6. Fireproof performance:
Surface temperature increment less than 25oC when it is worn 30s in the 1000oC workplace
3.7. Heat insulation:
Surface temperature increment less than 13oC when putting out a fire 30s in the situation of 1000oC
4.Application:
The fire fighter wears the suit for protecting himself when putting out a fire in the situation of 1000oC
