The Black Covert Level 3A UHMW-PE Tactical Vest is NIJ0101.06 qualified with a protection of level IIIA.

The Tactical panels of the vest are made of UHMW-PE (Test report available). With the hook and loop on side and shoulder, it can be adjusted to fit any type of body. Printings on the vest can be customized.

Adjustments can be made on vests in line with customer's need

Q2: What is the difference between ICW hard armor plate and STA hard armor plate?
A2: ICW is an abbreviation for "in conjunction with", which indicates that a ICW plate should be used in conjunction with a protective vest. The required protection effect can't be achieved with the ICW plate used alone, and it should work with a IIIA tactical vest to perform its best protective capability. Some fragments may penetrate the plate, but can be easily stopped by the tactical vest. As we can see, many tactical vests are all designed with a big pocket in the front for carrying the ICW plate. STA is an abbreviation for "stand-alone", which indicates that a STA plate can be used alone. STA plates are usually reserved for tactical operations where the wearing of a tactical vest is considered too cumbersome.
