Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a direct knitted clothing factory with more than 10 years' manufacturing experience.
Q2: Do you accept OEM& ODM orders?
A: Yes sure, we welcome any custom orders no matter it's big or small quantity, and we have a steady stock for regular and fabric and some hot-selling products, with the help from our skilled and flexible printing team, we are capable of printing your logo/image with silkscreen, DTG, heat transfer,sublimation, embroidery etc.
Q3: Can you custom make small quantity order? What's your MOQ?
A: There is no MOQ required if you just print your logo on our ready-made product, we successfully handled cases like 1 Piece Promotion order and 1 Million Pieces Election order in the past few years. But if need re-cut and re-sew to custom make your own size specifications and style, our MOQ is 100pcs per color and style.
Q4: Can you make us a sample? How can I get the sample?
A: Sample order is welcome, After approving of the design, material and printing method, you should pay the sampling cost, then we will custom make the sample according to your exact requirements,send you the photos or videos to look first once we finish it. After your approval, the physical samples will be sent via Express to you to check the exact details.
Q5: Can you custom make the fabric color as we need?
A: Yes, If you require Polyester fabric, we can dye sublimate any color you need if you can give us the PMS color number. But if you require cotton fabric, we can only custom dye the fabric if your quantity is big enough, usually about 5000pcs. On the other hand, we can provide the stock similar color fabric for your selection if your quantity is small.
Q6:What about your warranty?
A: Since the order beginning, we check every production steps very strictly, including fabric inspection, pattern making, cutting, production assignments, unfinished products inspection, finished products inspection, packing inspection and final inspection. The inferior pieces are returned to the production line immediately for updating or remaking. No factory can 100% guarantee that they will never make no mistake during the mass production even though they have controlled every production steps very strictly, but there is one thing for sure that we will take charge of the loss caused by ourselves.
