Our fabrics are produced in full bolts, available in standard widths of 92cm, 112cm, and 138cm. Each bolt is approximately 45 meters long.

To maximize efficiency and reduce waste, we recommend designing your scarf dimensions based on our fabric widths. You can produce 1, 2, or more scarves per width, depending on your design. For optimal results, we suggest a maximum length of 2 meters per scarf.

We have two printing ways:digital printing and screen printing

Single-side digital printing vs Double-side digital printing

The printing is applied to one side of silk; the reverse side results from pigment penetration from the front. A specific colour distinguishes the front and reverse, and the thicker the fabric, the lighter the reverse side's colour. Additionally, the pattern requirements are not strict; all kinds of designs can be printed, such as oil painting styles, colour-rich paste designs, etc. It is a relatively long-standing and widely used printing method.

This is a new printing method developed in recent years, in the traditional digital printing method to improve the upgrade, the upgrade is that it will be printed on both sides of the fabric, can be double-sided with the same design, can also be double-sided with the same design, can completely solve the traditional printing method, front and back color inconsistencies, and the same low order quantity, fast delivery.

Allowance for the hem :
Baby machine hem: 1 cm each side.
Hand rolling edge: 1.7cm each side.
When designing, consider taking the rolled edge into account for better results.
