1    The shipping cost.
It depends on the volume weight/ the size of the product.    Generally speaking, the more you order, the cheaper the shipping cost for 1 bag is.  And it's different to ship to different countries.
2    The region we could ship to.
We could ship to almost all countries and regions.    Usually, we ship by UPS.    For some small countries, we could ship by EMS.    For Southeast Asian countries, we could ship by Special Line.
3    The delivery time.
If there is stock available, we will ship the goods within 3 to 5 days after your payment, as we need time to prepare the products.   Then, if we use UPS for shipping, it will take the express company about 3 to 7 days to reach your doorstep.   If we use express mail or speedpost, it will take a little longer.

1.     What is the material composition of this scarf?
This scarf is made of 15% rayon and 85% polyester, combining softness, durability, and easy maintenance.

2.     What are the dimensions of the scarf?
The size is 65x180cm, plus 10cm tassels on each end.

3.     What color options are available?
We offer a wide range of colors.     Please contact us for our latest color card or to request custom colors.

4.     Can I customize the label, packaging, or logo?
Yes, we provide OEM & ODM services.     Custom labels, packaging, and logos are welcome according to your requirements.

5.     What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
If it is our inventory color, the minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per color.   If the customer specifies the color through the color card, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per color.   For special requests, please contact our sales team.

6.     What is your production lead time?
Inventory color.  Goods will be dispatched within 5 days after payment.  Customization takes 30 to 45 days (depending on factors such as quantity and customization requirements).

7.     Do you offer samples?
Yes, We can provide samples for free, but you need to bear the cost of express delivery. This fee can be waived in the subsequent orders.
