A: We can accept customized products. As well as, develop and manufacture products according to the provided drawings or samples from customers. We support OEM.

Q2: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.

A:The MOQ is based on the product. Different product have different MOQ. There is no MOQ if we have products in stock.

A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20-30 days if the goods are mading newly, it is according to quantity.

A: For products in stock we can send it on the same day we received the payment.

A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. If the amount more than 5000usd,30% as deposit, and balance before delivery.

A: We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF,DDP. Many clients choose DDP-by sea to door, it's more convenient and economic.

Q8: What is your terms of packaging?
A: Generally, we pack the goods in white or brown boxes and standard export cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters
