Q1: Could you please introduce which countries have you been cooperated with?
A1: We usually export to countries in Asia,Europe,South America and North America. We are looking forward to cooperating with clients from all over the world.

Q2: Can we have our own company logo on the product/bag/box/package?
A2: Yes, it is available, individual artwork is welcomed. But the price and the MOQ might be different.

Q3: Can we order products less than MOQ?
A3: If the quantity is small, the cost will be high. So that's OK if you want to have a small quantity, but the price will be recalculated. However,if the quantity is too small, we may not be able to provide.

Q4: How about the free samples?
A4: We could offer free sample service (conventional products), but the express fee on your own. If you need customized samples, you will need to pay for it and it will take some time.

Q5: What certificates do you have for your products?
A5: CE,FDA,ISO13485...etc.

Q6: Can we visit your factory?
A6: Of course. If you would like to visit our factory, please contact us to make an appointment.

Q7: How about the lead time? Where is the loading port?
A7: Within 30 days generally, after 30% T/T deposit received and all packing details confirmed. Exact lead time upon the quantity of your order and the packaging you required. Loading port: Ningbo or Shanghai, others place in China according your requirement.

Q8: How about your payment term?
A8: By T/T generally. 30% down payment, and the balance should be paid by shipment. L/C is available according to the cooperation type
