Q1: Price is a sensitive issue and how do you comment on your price level?

Comparing with competitors, our product lines belong to middle level prices in high quality.

Q2:How to proceed the order , if we need put logo on the caps?

The minimum order quantity of our customized logo is 200pcs. Just send the logo by email, attached the picture by PDF or JEPG files, and inform us right color on the pantone, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. if sample is ok, finally we will go to mass production.

Q3: Do you have any better ways to quicken the delivery time?

Since all process on after the approval of samples ,the quick-correct samples will certainly save much time ,From the past experience ,if the customers want to change the logos or designs after the samples done ,the repeat samples will take more time .so please ensure there are no mistake in the first time .

Q4: How do you control your quality?

We have professional QC Staffs, there are 4 processes we focus our attention on

A: Checking the bulk fabrics' quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc

B: Checking the logos' production, such as thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc

C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment etc.

D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing, but before packing.
