Q 1: Are you a factory or trading company ?

A: For sample order, we need to charge you the sample fee, but the fee will be refunded once your bulk order more than 100pcs per style per color.
Q6: What's the production leadtime after order ?
A: Sample leadtime 5-7 workdays after details confirmed and deposit received.      
     Bulk leadtime : 10-15 workdays based on order quantity and styles after sample approved and deposit received.
Q7 : What's the payment term ?
A : Our payment terms are T/T, 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipping.
Q8: What's the shipping way ?
A : It depends on order quantity and your require. We can ship the goods by ocean, by air, by courier(Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS ......)
