4. If the price is acceptable and you require samples, we will issue a proforma invoice for the sample payment.


5. Upon receiving the payment, we will proceed with the sample production.


6. If you are satisfied with the sample and wish to proceed with the batch production order, we will provide you with a proforma invoice.


7. After receiving a 30% deposit of the order, we will start the production process.


8. Full payment should be made 10 days prior to the completion of the order production.


9. We will notify you about the warehousing details and port destination.


10. Please make the payment through telegraphic transfer.
