1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturing factory of sportswear over 18 years, we are able to supply you with OEM /ODM service.
2. Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: 1.In stock models: 1pc is available.
2.Customized:Our MOQ is 10 pcs per design to start, you can mixed sizes. We are glad to send samples for your testing before you place bulk order.
3. Q: Can I put my design logo on the items?
A: Sure, we can put your own logo on your items, we have beem customizing and relabeling in sportswear line for more than 18years(since 2007). Normally we print the logos by Sublimation Printed, Silk Screen Printed, Heat transfer,etc. Please send your logo design to us for sampling.
4. Q: What's your sample policy?
A: Our sample fee is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order(500pairs/design).
5. Q: What's the production lead time?
A: Our products lead time is 3-25 days receiving of the payment(in stock ,customized).
6. Q: What's your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union, local band and paypal only for sample order.
OEM/ODM
1) Q: What information should I provide if I want to get a quotation for custom products?
A: You should give us following related order details:
(a)The fabric material and its GSM, order quantity, size chart, color code.
(b)Your own design, provide the picture for checking, then our professional design team will help you design.
(c)Workmanship technique to be used whether it is sublimation, embroidery, tackle twill, heat transfer press, etc.
(d)Special requirements for sewing, packing, zipper, etc.
2) Q: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
A: The format you can choose: PDF, CDR, AI vector files.
3) Q: How many days can sample be finished? How about the mass production?
A: (a)Generally, 7-10 working days for sample making.
(b)The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc.
(c)7-20 working days for small quantity.
4) Q: Do you provide mini print on fabric piece sublimation proof before production?
A: Yes. We only start mass production once sublimation proof (or sample product) is confirmed by clients.
5) Q: Is child's size having the same price as the adult?
A: Yes, when sewing an adult's or a child's order it takes the same amount of time.
6) Q: Can you replicate my order if I provide you a sample?
A: Yes. You should give us fabric details, PMS and vector file design.
