MOQ is 10 pcs. Prices follow a sliding scale based on quantity.

3. How do I place an order?
Send us your design in PDF and fill in the order form. Our sales rep will arrange layout, strike-off, and PPS for approval.

4. How many logos/sponsor images can I add?
Unlimited logos at no extra cost. High-quality vector files ensure best printing results.

5. Will I be charged for changes to templates?
We allow 2 free iterations. Extra revisions or full custom redesigns may incur fees, which will always be discussed in advance.

6. Do you provide samples?
Yes. We have ready-to-ship samples for quality checking. For custom sizes/patterns, contact our sales rep to arrange samples.

7. What is the delivery time?

Teamwear/uniforms: 2–3 weeks
Cut & sew hoodies/tracksuits (with print/embroidery): 4–6 weeks
Urgent orders (3–14 days) can be arranged with extra cost.

8. Can I order an extra kit from an old purchase?
Yes. Full sublimation products are charged at bulk rates; cut & sew orders are negotiated case by case.

9. What format is required for artwork?
High-quality vectorised artwork is needed: ai (Adobe Illustrator – preferred, ensures best finish pdf accepted if created from Illustrator

10. What is a vector file?
Vector graphics use lines and shapes based on mathematical equations. Unlike JPEG/TIFF/PSD, they don’t lose quality when resized. For sublimation and printing, vector files guarantee the best results. If you don’t have one, we can convert it for a \$50 setup fee.
