    Designed for extreme cold weather motorcycle riding, this 12V heated jacket liner provides high-performance warmth, targeting your core to combat cold discomfort. It features six heat zones-on the chests, back, sleeves, and neck-with three temperature settings (60/50/45ºC), ensuring full-body warmth. The jacket can be directly powered by a motorcycle battery via a pocket cable that withstands -40ºC, and offers three fuse options (5A, 10A, 15A) for safety.

    An innovative controller button at the hem automatically regulates current to prevent overheating, cutting off when voltage exceeds 14V and resuming at 12V, and allows easy temperature adjustments while riding. It also has two glove connectors to power 12V gloves, along with windproof cuffs, thumb holes, multiple pockets, and an adjustable hem.

    Constructed with a 3-layer soft shell (95% polyester, 5% Spandex outer; waterproof TPU middle), elastic armpits for flexibility, and a double-layer mesh silver lining for heat reflection, it balances durability and comfort. Ideal for various cold-weather activities, it supports custom designs for orders of 100 pieces or more, catering to both riders and outdoor workers.
