Q3: Can I make sample before bulk order? How much for sample?
A : Yes, we can mkae one piece sample before bulk production.
For custom sample cost 50-60usd per piece, exclude shipping fee.
If place order directly, we can provide pre-production sample free to you check the quality, but customer bear the shipping fee.

Q4: How long will it take for samples?
A: Sample production will be cost 5-7 workdays after details confirmed. And 4-5 workdays for delivery by express, door to door shipping.

Q5: What's leadtime for bulk order?
The bulk order production leadtime is based on the style and order quantities, generally, it costs 10-25 workdays after the confirmation of pre-production sample.

Q6: Can I have my own logo on products?
A:Yes, your logo can be sublimation print, or embroidery, or patched, or silk screen print, or digital print on. Just let's know your technique choice.
Remind, if need logo & label molding fee, that would be extra charge.

Q7: How do you control the quality?
A: Quality absolutely is our top priority. We have our own professional and exprienced QC team to check all products before shipment.
Customers are welcome to come and inspect the goods during production.

Q8 : How can I pay? What's the payment term ?
A : You can pay via T/T or Alipay, normally, our payment term is 50% deposit+50% balance before shipping.
