Q1. Can you make the products with my design or LOGO?

Yes, we accept OEM and ODM. We can design according to your idea and provide material options with reasonable price for your selection.

Q2. The sample is free or needs extra fees?
Normally, the sample fees is around USD30 to USD 60 per piece according to fabric and request; Sample fee will be refunded when mass order
more than 200pcs.

Q3. What is your MOQ?
Generally speaking, our MOQ is 100 pcs.
For the difficult ones, It depend on the customization type:
For the print logo customization, the MOQ is 200 pcs
For the embroidered logo customization, the MOQ is 300 pcs
For the special fabric customziation, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs.

Q4. Can I get discounts?
Yes, for big order and long term cooperated customers, we'll give reasonable discounts.

Q5. Can I have a sample to check the quality first?
Yes,we can offer sample in 2-5 work days after you payment. when you order place order to our factory,we will return back the sample charge for you.

Q6. What is your lead time?
The sample lead time around 5~7 days.
The bulk production lead time around 10~25days .

Q7. What is the shipping method?
It could be shipped by sea, by air, or by express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc).

Q8. How about the quality?
We have high quality and a mature QC system, we focus on high-end market and also have certification from BSCI and BV.

Q9. What would you do, if any complaint happened on the quality issues?
We're a factory and trading company with 15 years' experience and we could guarantee the quality for sure.
However, if quality issues really happens, we will be provide professional and responsible after-sales services. We always believe that a long-term business relationship embodies on its details!

2. Logo artwork (PDF,AI,CDR,SVG,JPG format).
3. Print Position.
4. Your country and zip code,we usually we provide at least 3 logistics solutions.(high/medium/low time efficiency)
