Q: Are you factory or trade company ?
A: We are factory, we also have our own sales department, that's to say: we produce by ourselves and sale by ourselves. So price and lead time is our advantage.

Q: Can you use my size chart ?
A: Yes, our designers can make new size template exactly according to your size chart, it usually takes 3 days.

Q: If i don't have design, can you make for me? Is it free or need extra fee ?
A: Yes, we have our own design team. If you don't have your own design, just tell us your detailed design request, we will help you to come true in 24 hours. It is free!

Q: How long does it take to get a mock up ?
A: Once your concept has been finalized we can have a mockup ready within 24 hours.

Q: What materials do you use for your uniforms ?
A: We use Dry Fit Polyester for all of our sublimated orders, which is lightweight (avg. 1.5 lbs ea) and breathable. Look like the Pros and be able to move comfortably while you play.

Q: Is there a minimum for fill-ins ?
A: NO!!! Once your artwork is designed fill-ins are a piece of cake! You can reorder 1 or 1,000.

Q: How soon can I get my order?
A: Orders take 10-15days from date of payment.

Q: What if something is wrong with my order when I get it ?
A: It's a team effort to guarantee your satisfaction, so we require you to review and approve your order for accuracy before we send it into production. If something is different than how you APPROVED it, we will replace it at no additional charge. We stand by our products!
