A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment/ex-factory. Payments are processed via the MIC system, accepting various methods.

A: Samples are charged at twice the final FOB quote, excluding freight and taxes. Charges are refundable upon order confirmation with a specified quantity.

3.Q: What is our production lead time?
A: Standard lead time is 20-30 days if no specific yarns are needed. Actual lead time is quoted based on your requirements.

4.Q: Packaging and Delivery
A: Each garment is half-folded and flat-packed in a PE polybag, with 10-20 pieces per export carton, depending on weight. Our main trade term is FOB Shenzhen, with other terms negotiable.
