Q.What is your Payment term?
A:For our order, we require to receive 30% Deposit before we start the contract, and before the bulk order we require to receive 70% before ex-factory.We receive all payment by MIC system, they accept all sorts of payment methods.

Q.How do you receive samples?
A:Every piece of sample our client require need to pay FOB X 2 excluding freight charges.

Q.What is our production lead time?
A:It varies in different style our merchandiser will give you a exact delivery date, however, it usually takes about 20-30 days after yarn received in order to complete the order.

Q:Packaging and Delivery
A.Folded and packed into a polybag. And we will pack the product into carton box before ex-factory. Shipment, we usually deal with FOB terms all shipment or logistics will be on clients responsibility. We can offer different shipping methods and price for client to choose.
