1.Q: What is your Payment term?
A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the balance of 70% due before shipment/ex-factory. Payments are processed through the MIC system, accommodating all payment methods.

2.Q: How do you charge the sample(s)?
A: Samples are charged at double the final FOB quote (excluding freight and taxes). Charges are refunded after order confirmation with a specific quantity.

3.Q: What is our production lead time?
A: Typically, it takes 20-30 days unless specific yarns are needed. Lead time is quoted based on requirements.

4.Q: Packaging and Delivery
A: Each garment is half-folded and flat-packed in a PE polybag, approximately 10-20 pieces per carton, depending on weight. Our primary trade term is FOB Shenzhen, with other terms negotiable.
