A: A 30% deposit is needed upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment/ex-factory. Payments are processed via the MIC system, accepting various methods.

A: Samples are charged at twice the final FOB quote (excluding freight and tax). Charges are refunded upon order confirmation with a specified quantity.

3.Q: What is our production lead time?
A: Typically, 20-30 days unless specific yarns are requested. Actual lead times are quoted based on your needs.

4.Q: Packaging and Delivery
A: Each garment is half-folded and packed flat in a PE polybag, with 10-20 pcs per export carton (depending on garment weight). We primarily operate on FOB Shenzhen terms, though other terms are negotiable case by case.
