FAQ

1.Q:What is your Payment term?
A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining 70% must be settled before shipment/ex-factory. Payments are processed through the MIC system, accepting various payment methods.

2.Q:How do you charge the sample(s)?
A: Samples are charged at twice the final FOB quote (excluding freight and taxes). Sample charges are refunded upon order confirmation with a specific quantity.

3.Q:What is our production lead time?
A: Standard lead time is 20-30 days, subject to specific yarn requirements. Actual lead time is quoted based on your needs.

4.Q:Packaging and Delivery
A: Each garment is half-folded and packed flat in PE polybags, with 10-20 pcs (depending on weight) per export carton. We mainly operate on FOB Shenzhen terms, with other terms negotiable case by case.
