1.Q:What is your Payment term?
A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due before shipment/ex-factory. Payments are processed through the MIC system, accepting various payment methods.

A: Samples are charged at double the final FOB quote (excluding freight and taxes). Sample fees are refunded upon order confirmation with a specified quantity.

3.Q:What is our production lead time?
A: Typically, production takes 20-30 days unless specific yarns are required. Exact lead times are quoted based on your needs.

4.Q:Packaging and Delivery
A: Each garment is half-folded and flat-packed in a PE polybag, with 10-20 pieces per export carton, depending on weight. Our primary trade term is FOB Shenzhen, with others negotiable.
