1.Q: What are your Payment terms?
A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due before shipment or ex-factory. Payments are processed through the MIC system, accommodating all payment methods.

2.Q: How is the sample(s) pricing structured?
A: Samples are charged at TWICE the final FOB quote (excluding freight and taxes). Charges are refunded once an order is confirmed with a specified quantity.

3.Q: What is your production lead time?
A: Typically, it takes 20-30 days without specific yarn requirements. Actual lead time is quoted based on your needs.

4.Q: Packaging and Delivery details
A: Garments are half folded and packed in PE polybags, with 10-20 pcs per export carton, depending on garment weight. We primarily operate on FOB Shenzhen terms, with other terms negotiable.
