Package and Shipping
Shipping Options:
1. Fast express : FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT / EMS, door-to-door, 3-5 business days to most of countries.
2. By Air : 3-5 days to your local airport.
3. By Sea : 25-30 days to your local Sea port. (Low price but longer time needed).
4. Customers specifying freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods.
For Stock Products
We can deliver the products within 7 days after the payment has been confirmed.
As for the costs and shipping period information, please contact us by telephone, mail, or online trade manager.
For OEM Products
After the payment is confirmed, mass production will be arranged and finished within delivery date.

1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a trading company as well as a factory, so we have more advantage in price. We have own equipments, development departments and design to develop more products.
2.What shipping ways I can choose and how many days will it takes?
We prepare two shipping ways for choice. One is express shipping, normally it will take about 3-8 days and charge about 5-30 dollars a parcel according to your address and the item you purchase. The other one is free shipping, normally it will take about 15-25 days.
3.Will sample fee is refundable?
Our sample is free, you just need to shoulder the shipping fee. Shipping fee can be refunded when your place an order and quantity is more than 50 pairs.
4.If I am not satisfied with my products, how to return them?
Items that are customized can not be returned due to their bespoke element unless there is an issue with the products quality. In this case, please provide photo proof to us, we will replace the product or give you a full refund.

2. Stock garments business: we buy and sale all kinds stock garments: down jacket, cotton jackets, hoodies and so on. Although it is stock, we can do rework with customer's logo/labels/packing request, and we have QC to inspect the goods to ensure the quality.
