1 Are you Manufacturer or trade company?
We are factory and have export right can export directly,some trading companies get goods from our factory.
2. Do you accept small orders?
Yes , we can accept small orders . We do low MOQ , 1 piece is available .
3. What is the lead time?
Sample time 1 - 7 days, will arrive in 3 - 7 working days. Mass production 10 - 15 days after receive the deposit, it depends on the amount of the orders
4. How do i know the production process ?
We will give the sheet with production process on the sheet ,which process finished , we will remark it and send it to you . Then you will know your orders process well to update your customers .
5. How to guarantee the quality of the orders correctly when we get ?
Each department we have QC to check them. And before shipping , we will take the photos of the items to show you to check if all of them are correct or not .
6 How to make sure that our designs won't be used for the other customers ?
We will keep all our customers designs confidential. Never show them on the website or to other customers .
