1.Q:How long it takes for sample? Is sample free?
A: Usually 2-5 working days;For our stock products,it is free but with freight fee charged.Make sample according to your request,it depends,but sample fees could be refunded when mass order was put.

2.Q: How to confirm the style of the garments?
A:We could make samples first according to your tech packs or your original samples or even a picture.

3.Q:What is your MOQ?
A:Generally our MOQ is 3k pcs per order, 1k pcs per color and 500 pcs per style. If you could use our stock fabric,our MOQ can be 300 pcs per order, 100 pcs per color and 50 pcs per style,not less than 20pcs per size per style per color.

4.Q: How to know the price?
A: Price is the most concerning problem of every customer,.If you want to know the price, you need the know the following details: style of the clothes, accessories of garments,printing method,embroidery, pattern,fabric of garments,gsm weight ect.These are the main factors to decide the price. The more you order the lower unit price you will get!

5:Q:What is your package?
A:Package: One PC in one poly bag, 150 PCS in one master CTN;We could do any other packaging as per your request.

6.Q:What is your delievery time? And shipping port?
A: Our lead time is 2.5 months generally after deposit and everything is confirmed.
Shipping port is Shanghai.

6.Q:What is your payment terms?
Order less than 3000US,50% prepayment and 50% before shipment.
Order between 3000US~10000US,40% prepayment and 60% before shipment.
Order more than 10000US,30% prepayment and 70% before shipment.

Factory is strict on the quality control to meet high standard.We did the lab test from BV every two months,now we do lab test from Intertek,We test shrinkage rate,color fastness,saliva color fastness,light fastness,ph value,lead,formaldehyde,Phthalates,colour fastness to perspiration.Colour fastness to non-chlorine bleaching,pilling and flammability.
And the viscose fiber we used is TANBOOCEL BAMBOO FIBER,which meets the human-ecological requirements of the standard 100 by Oeko-Tex.
