Q: How can I get a custom sample?

A: Please advise us the material, size, color, logo and other special requirements, then we will offer you a solution for confirmation, and we will arrange the production and shipping after your payment.

Q: How to pay for the sample fee?

A: You can pay on Bank, Western Union or other terms supported, then we will arrange for sample making, normally the sample time will be 3-7 working days.

Q: How to pay for the shipping charges?

A: If you have a DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS account, you can use it by freight collect at destination. If you do not have it, we will choose a reasonable shipping method for you and calculate the shipping charges, PayPal or other terms supported. Here are the delivery times for your reference: 1.
