A: Samples take 7-10 days, while production after order confirmation takes 2-4 weeks (working days).
Q: Can You Produce Our Own Design Products?
A: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM services and welcome sample processing to meet your requirements.
Q: How to pay express charges if ordering samples?
A: You can use your courier account for DHL, FEDEX, ***, or UPS. If you don't have one, we can calculate the express freight charge for you to pay directly to our company account or through PayPal.
